Dimitris Stefanakis (Greek: Δημήτρης Στεφανάκης) is a fiction writer and translator.
In 2011 his novel Days of Alexandria (Greek: Μέρες Αλεξάνδρειας; Spanish: Los días de Alejandría ; French: Jours d'Alexandrie) was awarded the French "Prix Méditerranée étranger" and the ""International Cavafy Award for prose."
He has translated contemporary literature (Saul Bellow, John Updike, Margaret Atwood, E.M. Forster, Joseph Brodsky) into Greek.
