Marion Harvey was a Brazilian-born American lawyer who wrote a number of detective novels and plays in the 1920s. A rather elusive figure, he practised law in Ohio before moving to Los Angeles. A discovery of innovative New York publisher, Edward J. Five more novels and two plays followed, with performances of the latter recorded in New York, Alabama and Pennsylvania
